{"id":1883,"date":"2014-05-17T14:38:07","date_gmt":"2014-05-17T12:38:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dknolte.com\/?p=1883"},"modified":"2014-05-17T14:38:07","modified_gmt":"2014-05-17T12:38:07","slug":"take-it-easy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dknolte.com\/?p=1883","title":{"rendered":"Take it Easy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>T<\/strong>here is a little Turkish girl who works on the Embassy cleaning crew, and once a day comes into our office to empty trash and clean.\u00a0 I am impressed with her, because of her quest in learning English.\u00a0 I have been told that if you enter her little area where she changes clothes and takes her breaks, you will find little stick-on notes of English phrases.<\/p>\n<p>I mentioned her before, how she works seven days a week, cleaning the Embassy and then people\u2019s apartments on the weekends.\u00a0 She amazes me.\u00a0 I guess it\u2019s because I\u2019m used to Americans who think the world owes them a living, and end up disappointed because they did not get whatever nonsense they felt should be theirs.<\/p>\n<p>Her name in Nadia.<\/p>\n<p>One day I was working on a piece of equipment in the hallway, and she walked by repeating the words:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTake. It. Ea-sy.\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cTake. It. Ea-sy.\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cTake. It.
